Maybe he is not interested in you. Or he feels guilty and doesn't want to hurt you/your feelings

He's selfish!!! Of course he doesn't mind if you play with him, it feels good and it's no work for him. But as soon as you asked him to play with you he gets all serious on you because he doesn't want to please you. Either it's too much work for him or he isn't that into you. Obviously you should get rid of this guy because you want someone who is happy to make you feel good.
Or maybe he's married or has a girlfriend and doesn't want your smell on his hands because she will figure out what he's been doing. No offense, and I'm not saying you stink or anything, but it's a real possibility.

Maybe he is from the old school and believes that a man should be making the sexual advances.
There are alot of men out there that believe a woman is easy, a whore if she makes the sexual advances.
It is perfectly fine if they initiate it but not if you do.
Slow down, take your time, and wait for him to come to you.

Maybe he hasnt taken it to fast with other girls before you and thinks thats why he isnt in a relationship and thinks that if he takes things slow with you then u will end up 2gether. Or maybe he was havin doubts and thought he wouldnt meet up to ur expectations.

Means.......he didn't want to start something he couldn't finish. Maybe you should listen....NO means NO whether you're a female or male.
This male did the right thing......you're trying to push something sexual between you too and he's telling you back off...
Sex will always be there.....

some people think that a kiss is too intimate. what that means is that he wont do what you wanted him to unless he is emotionally serious about the person he is with. it seems he is not emotionally attached to you so he is willing to accept whatever you want to do to him but he is not ready to recipricate.

according to a previous question, you are 20. he may have second thoughts about being with you. you are young and pretty innocent. he can sense the innocence and is afraid of the long term effect on you. respect that and find a guy your age or one who understands you.

If he's afraid or inexperienced - be patient and gentle with him.
If he's trying to sort out right vs. wrong - be patient with him.
If he's not interested in you - get angry with him for using you.
But you won't know what's going on unless you Talk to Him.
