i know it depends on severity of the organism and no. of microbes enetered but i am talking about the wrost case , a mild case and the one which is neither mild not severe .. i want to know abt all casees .. i have exams soon and conjunctitvis is in the air so am just asking ..

Yes. Your eyes will feel uncomfortable with the localized infection.
You should be put on opthalmic antibiotics to help rid the infection, if it is bacterial in origin. Contact your doctor.

Your eyes will feel strained and hurt, but reading will not worsen the condition. The eyes will have to be washed frequently with cool water or a soothing lotion.

i havent heard that you cant read or anything when you have it....i had it a bunch of times and nothing bad happened when i read and everything , they got a little itchy and burned a little but nothing serious, just rest your eyes a bit and youll be fine i think.
