The first word in a sentence should always begin with a capital letter.
A "pool" is a place to swim.
You probably meant "pull" not pool.
"Pans" are used for cooking.
You probably meant "pants" not pans.
The word "you" only has one "Y" in it not two.
Spell check would have caught that, and corrected it, had you used it.
You should proof read a question before posting it.
You should learn the English language.

i dont get it either. i never did that . i dont anyone personally who does that. but it is stupid.
i've seen it most in little teen girls.. teen agers like to show off no matter how stupid something is..
i can't imagine that its comfortable.
it looks quite nasty and trashy. I hold the parents responsible for that. they don't provide structure any more for kids these days. they will let the kids do as they want just not to argue.
but thats another subject.

I can't say. Because I don't pull my pants up my @$$!!! But it is extremely gross.. I dont' know why some girls dont' just buy bigger pants!
