I am an Indian. I wud like to tell u that no one hates Islam or Muslim people. We all hate the Terrorists who in the name of Islam spread Violence throughout the world. Sometimes people mistake or think that all Muslim people think like the terrorists but it is not true.

Actualy Islam is not the thing what should be hated or what people hate. Some miscreants, terrorist do misguide their own muslim brothers in the name of Islam and do take all the misuse of it. They actually make the world hell for all those who are muslims and for those who are non-muslims. Actually people hate those muslims, who are running their terrorist activities in the name of religion, that is why commonly it is understood that Islam is bad. Reality is some thing else. The tragedy with Islam is that most of muslims are illitrate. That is why the word Islam is treated bad.

i am a christian and I live in sydney so there is a great diversity of cultures and religions living in my community.

I have a lot of friends who are muslim, and I definetly dont hate the islam religion - i dont know everything about it to be able to say that I hate it, i guess i even agree with a lot of the beliefs and disagree with others - but I dont hate it.

If that is how you feel then maybe you should open your heart to the fact that there is good and bad in every race, religion & culture and just believe in yourself and stop worrying about other peoples ignorance.

There isnt one answer to your question because each person who does hate the islam religion would have their own reason for it, eg: media, a personal experience, fear.....

I don't think everyone does hate other religions. I know I don't! The majority of people in the world are either unconcerned about what others believe, or tolerant towards what others believe.

There are those who are so sure they are right in any religion they reject another humans ability to choose for themselves. These people think if you don't believe as they do, your soul is condemned, and that because you believe as you do you corrupt the world around you.

Radicalism spreads through populations like wildfire. People want an answer, and they cling to almost anything that tells them “this is the truth”. That is fine as long as they allow others to choose for themselves.

If there is a GOD, and a fallen angel called by many names, the evil one, that entity has to be laughing with glee at how it has corrupted the religious people of the world, and turned a peaceful message in to a killing message.

As an atheists I am morally against all religions but islam stands out from the way they sit there going "we're a peacefully religion." then when they see pictures of mohamed with a bomb they go on marches with big signs calling for the government to "behead all non muslims" Now that's not very peacefull is it? I am Catholic, and was dating a Muslim man for years. It is a very gentle and devout religion. People hate out of fear. They fear the unknown. Those too lazy to learn about the religion will always fear and hate it. Feel sorry for them.
