I am native speaker of theArabic Language. It is pretty easy. The keyboards usually in the middle east countries and North Africa (Egypt, Morroco, Tunisia) comes with arabic letters on keyboard. And that's it.. it is for us as easy as typing English. The only thing is, the Arabic letters are more than the English and has something called (TASHKIL) which is some signs you put over some letters to change the way they are pronunced. You can add those by holding the SHIFT key, cause in Arabic there is no Captial and Small.

the reason you think Arabic have no letters is that each Arabic letter has many forms depending on its position in the word(first, middle, end),that in Arabic word ,letters have to be connected together and the words look like a continuous curve...
in the Arabic keyboard when you press a letter,it types the middle form ,but if you press space after it,then the computer understands that the word had ended,so it changes into end form of that letter ,and to the first form for the new word..
within the 28 letters ,there are 6 letters couldn't`t be connected to the next one, causing a word to have two or more syllables"parts"'
example;كومبيوتر "computer" where the letter "و" =o=u is one of those letters and the word became of 3 parts......
حبيب "lover"is a single part because no "cutting" letter in it,
but if i type it with spaces it is: ح ب ي ب you see each letter has it`s own tail

Its easy, first you have to add the Arabic. You do that by clicking start then Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options then add other languages. A little screen will pop up, click the middle tab that says languages, then click details at the top. Then at the bottom of that screen click add, then you scroll to find Arabic then click ok. To switch back and forth you click shift and alt at the same time. Then you can type in Arabic. Each key is a different letter like it is in English. You can use a cheat sheet to tell witch letters are what on your key board or you can buy a key board with both Arabic and English on it. Thats what I have.
ا ب ت ث ج ح خ د ذ ر ز س ش ص ض ط ظ ع غ ف ق ك ل لا م ن ه و ى

I'm Arabic. We have keyboards that contain English and Arabic letters. For example the Arabic letter (Raa, written: ر) is on the same button where V is, On the same button V and below it the letter (Raa) are put, and so on, Here's an Arabic sentence for you:(From right to left)
"أتمنى أنك بخير. حظاً سعيداً"
Nice writing huh? It says: "I hope you're OK. Good luck"
The Arabic Alphabet
أ ب ت ث ج ح خ د ذ ر ز س ش ص ض ط ظ ع غ ف ق ك ل م ن هـ و ي
28 letters, with extra "sounds" that replace vowels, and extra "shapes" of some letters like the first letter, Aliph (Similar to A) can be written in these forms, according to its position in the word:
أ, ا, آ,ى,ء,ئ
And the letter similar to L (Laam):
ل, لآ,لا,لأ
Shapes of letters have even different buttons on the keyboard.

i imagine that any relationship can likely artwork regardless of a language barrier - the language of love has no limitations or obstacles if both somewhat choose to be mutually. both one among you could take advantage of learning each and each and every others language even if, if he's residing in the country - he, better than you , easily needs to study English. you could help him and your self with suggestions from likely taking some instructions by your community colleges - it is not any longer very expensive. you could also evaluate getting video clips from the library or making use of the web that can help you. Draw photos once you need to - you both will study except you get pissed off meanwhile. sturdy success to both one among you. it is continually impressive at the same time as 2 human beings discover one yet another and opt to be mutually.
