j.d.- You make me laugh..It it NEVER ok to kill women and children thats why the US CIA tries NOT To do it......to do so makes them as low as the terrorists...and not listening to the international community is not a good thing.....Iran sure doesn't listen but hell if your fine with Israel doing their own thing you should be fine with Iran too right?

The CIA has a more global capability while Mossad has a more localized one. Each one has its merits and detractors, depending upon what the mission is. Bottom Line: which is better depends upon what you need to get accomplished. B-)

I think the Mossad is better, because Israel isn't scared to piss off the international community. If there's terrorists to be killed, they do it, and don't care what everyone in the UN thinks about it.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not bashing the CIA, but the U.S. is more afraid of what everyone thinks of us. I think people have forgotten what happened on September 11, 2001. There are too many people in this country who complain about us killing innocent women and children in the middle east, but apparently it's OK for a bunch of raghead terrorists to kill 3000 innocent people on our own soil. I think that if all this terrorism crap keeps up, and especially if they attack us on our own ground again, the U.S. needs to nuke the whole middle east and turn it into an Arab Disneyland. Then the muslim extremists will really have a reason to hate us.....

Good intelligence agency depends on:
collection of information, analyze intelligence and perform special covert operations in that case Mossad is the best.
In many cases Mossad was a head than any other agency in the world. And most of their operations are very percfect.

CIA has more dollars and more technology. Mossad (if youre belive in Tom Clancy) has more humans on the ground (more eyes that is). Then its up to you to decide what is best. Johan.
