ummm i just got out of a relationship and im not ready
im not dating guys anymore they are bad
say sure and give them a wrong phone number......

If the guy is a good bloke, I'd say a white lie just not to hurt his feelings, like " I'm not into dating at present" or "I've started dating someone recently". If he is a rude man I 'd say the truth to his face

I don't make excuses...if I don't want to I tell them I don't and I tell them why...NO, because I think you are stupid, or No, because you look sloppy, or whatever....I tell them exactly what I think...or at least used to...I am happily married now, so I don't exactly date anymore, but I am still that way with other situations.

Before thinking of saying no you should put yourself in the other persons position and only if you truly need to say no geniunely then you do.
