Yes oral sex can transmit AIDS.The semen or vaginal fluids can potential go sub-lingual and directly into the blood.(sub-lingual is like taking Nitro under the the tongue. It goes into the blood stream directly and faster.),Also if you or your partner have an open sore in your mouth or lips you can transfer the AIDS virus that way.Stomach acid does not kill the AIDS virus.Have the man wear a condom and there are female condoms too that is place over the vaginal opening.Use caution in any sexual activities, more people then ever are acquiring AIDS.And as long as people keep ignoring the causes,AIDS will continue to spread.
Remember who ever you have s;slept with-your partner is indirectly having sex with them through you and vice-versa.Sounds disgusting doesn't it,but it is the truth.

AIDS stands for Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome and is a group of health problems caused by a virus called HIV, the Human Immunodeficiency Virus. HIV is transmitted from person to person via exchange of bodily fluids - semen, blood, and vaginal fluids - during anal, vaginal, and possibly oral sex, or when sharing needles during intravenous drug use.

This is rare, and has a small percentage of success.. yes there is a possibility but it is very small. AIDS needs to be transmitted by direct blood contact or bodily fluids INTO the bloodstream or lymph.

If there is a way for vaginal or penile discharges to get into your blood, other than via the stomach (stomach acids will kill the virus) then yes. Most people can and do have small abrasions in their mouth that under the right (or wrong) circumstances can get the virus into the bloodstream.

Oral sex poses some risk for HIV and AIDS, certainly not as much as unprotected sex, but there is some.
