The word "land" appears 13 times in the Qur'an and the word "sea" 32 times, giving a total of 45 references. If we divide that number by that of the number of references to the land we arrive at the figure 28.888888888889%. The number of total references to land and sea, 45, divided by the number of references to the sea in the Qur'an, 32, is 71.111111111111%. Extraordinarily, these figures represent the exact proportions of land and sea on the Earth today

na'm this is interesting but Allah ta'ala tells us how to engage with ahl ul kitaab, ask them for proof, to not engage in excess when it comes to their religion, come to a word between us that Allah ta'ala is just one. For Muslims masha'allah its not surprising to find stuff like that but it won't convince non muslims they will think its just number games

Catholics are Christians, in the same way that Methodists and Anglicans are Christian. They're not the *same*, true, because they're different forms, but at the center of them both are the God of Abraham, and his son Jesus. Catholics do hold themselves as distinct from non-Catholic Christians, who they view as heretical, but they're all still part of the same larger category. Secondly, I have seen atheists speak out against Catholics (often enough) and Pagans (not too terribly often.) Most of the time, atheists don't put a lot of time into addressing us Pagans because: 1) Statistically, we're maybe 1% of the population, and 2) Because we typically don't try to force our beliefs on others or attempt to write them into law. Third, I'd like to remind you of what you'd said, about learning the religion before bashing it. Please learn a little bit more about Paganism before trotting stuff out. Fourth, the Roman issues were primarily dealing with secular government issues - they wanted good citizens, and the early Christians were not acting in ways that they deemed conducive to civic tranquility. They did the same with any religious folks that they encountered that advocated for overthrowing Roman rule (such as the Druids), or who refused to acknowledge the divinity of the Roman emperors like a good citizen was supposed to (such as the Christians.) For the most part, as long as you didn't trigger either of those issues, the Romans didn't care what you believed. Fifth, the "X" in "Xmas" is from the Greek "Chi", which is why some churches use a symbol that looks like "XP" - it's Greek "Chi Rho", for Christ. It's an abbreviation, not an attempt to say "unknown."

I've read it all before. It's not convincing to me - just odd coincidences. Numbers are funny things - you can twist them any old way you want.

By the way, have you every counted the number of times that the Qur'an calles numerology a sin?

Just curious.
