I'm not an expert, but I do believe the body would decay, albeit at a slower rate than it would if it were not a vaccuum. I'm not sure, but I think even though it's a vaccuum, you can't completely suck all the microorganisms out-- just the air.

Well the human body is covered all the time by lots of microorganisms. However, not only microorganisms are responsible for flesh decay; it also depends on other factors such as chemicals that are present withing the body and temperature, humidity, etc... In cold and dry vacuum it will most likely stay un-altered for a very long period of time.

A dead body itself is a complex chemical substance.Commensal bacteria virus and parasites thrive on oxygen, carbondioxide, and water in the body, they divide and multiply. They putrefy the body. These chemical reactions cause release of some more oxygen etc., till the entire body putrefies. All except hair nails bone disappear totally by disintegration.

Yes - very likely. The body has bacteria and microbes that are anaerobic (breed in a O2 deficit environment).
