I do. Not well, but I've read some of his stuff.

It's quite beautiful. I'm not a believer in any religion, but Sufism has an approach to religion and to God that I can respect. And a tolerance and open-mindedness that I wish all other had.

He is called in Turkish
Mevlana Jalal-e-Din Mevlavi Rumi he was a Turkish poet. Rumi's most famous work in 7 books, and 24,660 couplets, in Farsi and some Arabic. This work is also commonly refered to as the Persian Quoran. A compendium of poetry in praise of Shams in over 45,000 verses in Farsi (Persian)
