There is nothing you can eat without limits. Maybe eating something unlimitedly would not make u gain wieght but it would definately spoil your heath. Most fad diets are based on the wrong presumption that eating a fruit or a vegetable all the time is good for health, but thats complete crap,.
If I ask you to eat an apple everyday every morning , every meal.. you will probably lose weight but also loose your vitamins and metabolism. Losing your metabolism will slower your digestion process and making you more fat.
Try making a balance with all the vitamins, proteins, a lil carbs , and everything.
Even drinking a lot of water, more than the required amount for an elongated period of time can alter the condition of your kidneys rendering them useless! so try not going more than 8-15glasses according to your body weight.

Are you asking about catabolic foods? Catabolic foods are foods that require more calories to digest than they contain. A great example of a catabolic food is celery. You burn more calories trying to digest celery than you intake. So the idea is that you can eat as much celery or other catabolic foods as you want. People would tell you that celery has negative calories. It sounds like you can eat your way to losing weight
IT DOESN'T WORK!!!!! It sounds good but it just doesn't work that way. There is also a big drawback - you can lose muscle mass. Believe me, I tried it. There are no foods that you can eat unlimitedly and not gain weight.
Go to the url below and read up on catabolic foods, the myths and the dangers.

Ice - if you don't count water weight. Seriously you can't eat endless amounts of anything and expect to never gain an ounce. You can have a healthy balanced diet with excersize. That is the best, healthiest, quickest way to lose weight. Being in shape is not all about the pounds - focus less on how much weight you put on, and more focus on how good you will feel when your body is healthy

Your better off lifting weights than eating a good purchase reason muscle weights better than fats (plus you'll look in good structure too.) yet when your attempting to attain fats then eat bread, stuff with a lot of sugar, butter, fried ingredients and stuff. it really is so risky even if, i do not recommend that.

Most raw vegetables. Big salads, not counting cheese, meat, nuts; just the raw veggies.
