That would be a whole world of wrong!! If a girl is living in such a repressed situation, experimenting with brothers or cousins could lead to damage her whole life through. Her mental state alone would be messed up, and what if it lead to pregnancy? Holy crap, just thinking about it makes me sick! My advice is to leave family members alone and discover masturbation. Finger lovin' is better than brotherly love, if you catch my drift!!!!!

My personal opinion is that this is incredibly wrong and completely against my entire belief system, but I guess it would depend on the religion of the 17 year old. In America, this is illegal. Technically, no matter who you are, it's wrong because you can be imprisoned for it. Outside the question of legality, you have to consider religion. What does YOUR belief system call for? And would you be willing to warp the mind of your sibling or cousin? If you're a Christian, the Bible completely disagrees with incestual habits. I believe, personally, if you're having troubles with your sexuality and find yourself curious, experiment with yourself. If you're a girl, find toys. Personally, I would keep sexuality in my home private. The 17 year old should leave her family out of her sex life.
