i'm sure pink fairy has an answer :) i'm baking cookies right now, the recipe states "Powdered sugar" for the icing, how do i do that?

take normal sugar and run it in the grinder.

you can always buy the confectioner's sugar, those that are boxed at the baking section. They are better than those powdered at home.
