It had to be about 14 or 15 years ago. There was a real-life killer clown going around the Chicagoland-area and the south surburbs of Illinois. I was about 7 or 8ish. It was really scary. Some sources on this would be great.

I think you mean John Wayne Gacy. They found close to 20 bodies under his house. He lived in Gary Indiana not far from Chicago. He didn't parade around in a clown suit or anything like that.

That a good article there. They followed impact analysis rather than simple stats. A complexity in that system makes its accurate. Normally it is difficult to compare bowlers with batsmen. But impact analysis allows to compares by means of impact they made. Nice system. 1. Tendulkar’s impact is greater than what his 48 ODI centuries reveal. Of course, some of the half centuries made better impact than centuries. 2. Tendulkar’s 200 is not his most landmark innings. People has a habit of calculating most highest runs in an innings as best innings. Actually, thats not a correct way. You don't need to make a top score, but you need to make best impact. one such example explained by them Sharjah innings against Australia. 3.Tendulkar’s runs tally and batting average both do not reveal his true place in ODI cricket. This points is about batting average. Some of the players are having high batting average(9 people). But they played less matches, less runs & they had more not outs. To score the same runs with same batting average is very difficult. he maintained such record which places him above those people who had high batting average than him. 4. Contrary to what many think, Tendulkar has absorbed pressure more times than any Indian in his ODI career. I don't know the way they used to calculated the pressure factors. They said 142 matches. But it is very simple that, he faced more pressure than any other batsman. 5. Contrary to popular assumption, Tendulkar has chased down more targets than any other batsman in ODI history. This is a slap to the criticizers who says he is not a match winner. Who expects him to win the match by alone. He scored more runs while chasing. He is the part of most successful chases. 6. Against popular perception, Tendulkar has more series/tournament-defining performances than any batsman in ODI history. This shows his consistency. Some batsmen are like a flash. They bats well in one innings and then no best performance in other matches. Most series performances makes him, best consistent batsman in ODI history. 7. Tendulkar’s Strike Rate is remarkable for someone who has scored as heavily as he has. If we check the other 10K+ runs scorers. They are having batting strike rate less than 80. But tendulkar has 86*. Maintaining such a strike rate is remarkable. 8. Tendulkar has played the most matches for India and yet has the lowest failure rate for batsmen. This is also one of the consistency factor. Some batsman maintains their average with up and down stats(big innings & flop innings). Sehwag is one of them. But Sachin has lowest failure even though he played more number of matches. 9. Tendulkar is the greatest Indian ODI batsman by a mile. No one can argue this. He is almost untouchable. 10. Tendulkar is the greatest ODI batsman of his generation. some criticizers come up with one point where he has one step low as per stat. But when we check whole points, he is miles ahead. Greatest batsman!
