Why do people with straight hair want curly hair and people with curly hair want straight hair?

My ex-wife had beautiful long straight hair and always wanted to curl it.

My ex-girlfriend had beautiful long curly hair and always wanted to straighten it.

Be who you are and be happy about it.

I have wavy hair but I blow dry it with a diffuser, upside down. I also use some super-strength mousse and occasionally some spray gel, the sort that encourages curls. I always use a low heat, else I frizz, then give it a spray with some hairspray, again with my head upside down, then scrunch it a little.

All the products are a pain, but are necessary, else everything just drops and I am back to wavy again after about 10 mins. Experiment with products and you will find one that lasts all day. Don't bother with curl cream though, it is too heavy and weighs your hair right down. That is for girls with naturally mega-curly locks!!

Frizz Ease do a good range of styling products. Put some anti-frizz syrum in your wet hair, then spray in some curl enhancer while scrunching your hair, then let it dry naturally. To revive the curl you can apply some more curl enhancer while scrunching your hair in your hands. Don't use too much product as this will weigh it down.

If you want to, you can run your fingers through the lengths to separate the curls a bit, but this has the effect of loosening the curl a bit.

I have natural wavy hair and i just wash it then scrunch it in my hands it is nice when it dries ,I think the shorter your hair the better it curls when it is naturally wavy, try it a bit shorter you won't need heat at all.

drape a thick wet strand over you finger and smooth with a smoothing brush then wrap once over same finger sliding finger down on the inside of the wrap and smooth again then keep repeating and sliding finger down the length of the inside slowly as you keep wraping the outcome should be a smooth olden day sausage curl and if you let it dry it should stay that way you should use a tiny dab of VO5 hairdressing like 3 bucks! shiny soft pretty and after its dry you can run your fingers through it for perfect smooth waves just do alot of the ringlets but make them have a good thickness

I use magnetic snap on rollers and setting lotion. I roll up my hair nightly. I apply the setting lotion only the days I washed my hair. I apply setting lotion and Lusters Pink Oil Moisturizng Lotion to wet hair and roll it up. I wear 40 rollers to bed and I've been doing this for over 10 years. My hair is permed and colored and in great condition. I have great bouncy curls all over my head. Not as loose as my avatar. Only if i comb them out then my hair looks like the avatar.

No need to use heat appliances, just wash and condition your hair, and plait it in small sections leave to dry and you'll be amazed of how curly your hair will be once you have taken the plaits out. Good Luck.
