Ok so I got up at 7 am, had breakfast and then started doing some school/college work, (even though I dont have any homework, i've been giving my self homework to do... because i'm a geek). And today i had just finished my 2 hours of physics and have just done an hour of chemistry and now my head hurts and my eyes are all sore..... It's weird because this hasn't happened before....... What's wrong with me, any ideas?

slow down before you burn out. It sounds that you are either overstressed or avoiding something that you don't want to face just yet. Your eyes are sore and your head hurts because you have been working for so long without a break, You should have one at least every hour for 15minutes. You need to get out and make some friends or visit the ones you have giving yourself homework doesn't make you a geek! It probably means that your a perfectionist. Talk to someone about this because it can lead to a nervous breakdown if you keep up the pace your with now. You're a kid or young adult, enjoy it because soon you'll have to grow up. good luck and best wishes with this

Your brain takes the lion's share of glucose (sugar) out of your blood. When you study as hard as you do, tank up on some orange juice occasionally. See if that helps. Also, get rolfed. Hope you're feeling better soon.

Do you wear glasses? My eyes and head would hurt after being at work and working with computer. Then, I had my eyes checked; Bingo.
