Real life atheists (as apposed to the comics on this site) are fealing the loss of Communism world wide. How many atheists that you have actually met, and talked to, have done anything for anybody except their selves? Don't use yourselves as an example, that would be conceited...

Well, the perfect Christian should love his enemies. If you love someone, you wouldn't call them bad names. So I would say that you would be a hypocritical Christian...not necessarily a conceited one.

Don't worry about it...I have a hard time loving those bastards Mao and Stalin, too.

"If I called Mao, and Stalin bad names, would you think I'm a conceited Christian?"

Conceited? No. Hypocritical? Yes.

"Real life atheists (as apposed to the comics on this site) are fealing[sic] the loss of Communism world wide."

Wrong. Where do you come up with this crap?? *LOL*

"How many atheists that you have actually met, and talked to, have done anything for anybody except their selves?"

Plenty.

P.S. In case it matters, I'm not an atheist.

Thank you for acknowledging that I am a comedian.

On a sincere note. I am Atheist, I am not now, nor have I ever been, a Communist, a socialist or even a democrat, though I will admit to having some liberal bias on many issues.

Read the parable of the Cave found in Plato's republic. It may "Shed some light" on many atheist's reasons for trying to bring those who have been hoodwinked and shackled back into the light. I view it as a public service, even a civic duty to point out the silliness of most religions, Christianity being the most prevalent here in the USA makes it the obvious, and easy target.

I would think that to be considered as conceited, first you must be judging others based on qualities that you dislike in yourself. Is that what you are doing ??? If so then yes i would consider you concieted. If not then you are just voicing your opinion, its a free country go ahead.

By the way i am an athiest, i do not believe in god, but a common evil/good balance much more than anything else.
Humankind is neither essentially good nor essentially evil, but a balance of both, and so that makes a singular human the same way, and leading on from that makes one no better than another.

Calling Mao and Stalin bad names DOES NOT make you a conceited Christian

Saying all atheists are Communists DOES

I know a few atheist that do things for others with no reward coming to them for doing good.
'Communism' ....why would a christian dislike communism? even the early christians practised a form of it.
..
and no......i wouldnt think that you are conceited, unless your name calling is based on ignorance of Mao and Stalin.

I would think you are a bad christian, and I'm a christian.

You shouldn't call anyone bad names. You should not hate anyone. No matter what they are doing. You hate the sin inside of them. You hate the fact they are trapped by that sin. In love, you reach out to them.

I meet lots of atheists who are great people. One of my good friends is an atheist. They can have good qualities inside of them. You should not generalize them. Atheists have gifts from God, too. They were placed inside them at creation. Atheists can be nice people who are great listeners... the only thing lacking is that relationship with God that uses those gifts to their full potential.

what has communism go to do with the acceptance of god? aetheism is a belief, or not in a higher spititual being. communism deals with the methods of production and a common ideology with goals and 5 year plans.

we have socialism, and communism...and ill bet you dont know the difference, do you? judaism and islam... again, you support israel and condemn arabs. why?
