You need to first thank God for giving you that breast because some people are just hoping to have what you had on a platter of Gold. Believe you, me its your asset, one of your best asset for that matter.
Please i will advise you not to do surgery now if you haven't had all your children. I believe surgery is okay after having all your kids.
Exercise will help a bit to shed your weight and also all the excess fat in your body generally.
Also try and be buying fit and perfect bras that will just pact your breast very well.I have a lot of friends that are busty and i am even a bit busty myself . By the time you pack it very well, it won't even show whether it is big or not and people will even appreaciate what you have. There is saying that if you got it, just flaunt it.

Well when i was a senior in high school in 2003 I was 5'1 and weighed 129lbs and had a 48DD. I couldn't take it anymore so I got a breast reduction and i am now a 36C. Whatever you do make sure that it's what you want. Take sometime to think about it first.

And for the record losing weight didn't make my boobs small that just made me look deformed small skinny with big boobs. Picture one of the Olsen tiwns with a 48DD and you had me.

ALWAYS try exercise first. Find an activity you enjoy such as bike riding, swimming etc and start with that... then when you are at home and feeling bored, go out and go for a walk. You wont even know you are getting exercise.

Do NOT risk surgery. It is not worth it.

Good Luck :-)

Try and loose weight first. That may have alot to do with it. Also, try and do some upper back and chest strength training. Having strong muscles will help support them. If, after you've lost weight and gotten stronger, and they still bother you, try surgery.

Losing weight will definately reduce your breast size. However, if they are really large, and you are really uncomfortable, surgery may be your best option.

If you have a big bust naturally and are fat to top it all then you are bound to be very big. start excercing and control your diet. dont take any fatty foods or aerated drinks dont take any non veg initially. start taking only par boiled vegetables with a pinch of salt and black pepper if you want it to be spicy. stop all kinds of sweets and desserts. take 1 glass of warm water with 2 tsp of honey and 1/2 lime on empty stomach. and take 1tsp honey with a pinch of cinnamon powder every day. and exercise to tone up your muscles.

if you lose weight your breast size will go down too....if you lose weight & you still feel that your breast size is too big then you can always look into breast reduction, my friend had this proceedure done & she was VERY happy w her results...ie:: no more back pain, slouching, bra straps diggin into her shoulders etc etc etc

surgery should be a last option.

try swimming or having lots of sex (both are great exercise)

eat healthily and your body will find its natural weight
