it's my 22 b-day today. But I don't care. I lost my kids. I miss the, so much. my mom took them from me. I lost my gf. I don't know what to do anymore. I can't handle the pain anymore, i wish it would go away.

Sweety, you are too young to be so burdened with the worries of the world. Look at all the love you had and the good times, not the bad, honey! This, too will pass! At 22, you're likely to feel tormented about many things and the things that are bothering you ARE cause for some heartbreak, but do not try to leave us! Your babies need you! Try to live for them and establish a relationship with God who knows all about your heartbreak and weariness. Happiness is a decision. Also, drink lots of OJ and eat oranges, they give you a sunny feeling. Live! Love you.

Why did your mom take your kids from you? Why did you loose your gf? You don't have enough information here for us to help you.
First off, Happy B-Day! Secondly, I'm sorry that your mother took the kids away from you. Third, I'm sorry that you lost your girlfriend.
Here is a little advice or the help= Get out of the house and away from town. Try to give yourself the best B-Day ever. Call some friends and take a road trip. Go play golf, baseball, sport to get your mind off things. Basically, do something that takes your mind off the matter. Sure the pain will still be in the back of your head, but doing something to ease the pain.
If this doesn't help- Start trying to resolve the issues of why mom took kids away, and talk to gf and win her back.

How can your mom take your kids from you? Concentrate on making goals towards getting them back. Do whatever you need to do, (legally) to get some help. Do you need to change your life around to get them back? One day at a time, concentrate on becoming the best father! People will see the fruits of your efforts if they are true. Take steps necessary to be able to have your kids with you for the holidays. You are God's child and He wants whats best for you too. Be the best person you can be and it will show. Call United Father's of America if you have to, to talk about your rights. I'm sure you can google them or find them somewhere online. There is one in Orange, Ca. Call 411.
Contact a church near you and ask for some help...keep trying til you get help. Dont give up, and remember each day to do your best and you will be rewarded someday...have patience and if you believe, trust in God.
You are not alone in your suffering, you're in my prayers.
If your gf is the right one, she'll be back...if not, just think that you are being prepared for someone else, and someone else is being prepared for you.

Well happy birthday! But tell me why did she took away your kids? if you're a good father than you must go after them and talk to your mother and try to fix some problems. Show her that they are your children and you have the rights to see them and that you are a good father.
