Fuerteventura - canary islands
Gran canaria (pozo izquirda!) - canary islands
Tarifa - spain
Leucate - france
Dahab - egypt (>300days with >4bft of wind)

Not sure mate but Costa tequise in Lanzarotte is very windy and the windsurfers seam to enjoy themselves.

Some of the beaches in SW Tasmania, Australia are absolute rippers. The roaring 40's travel two thirds of the way round the world before crashing onto Tasmania's west coast, makes for some spectacular big wave surfing and wind surfing. Only prob is because of harsh weather most of the west coast is uninhabited, and remote, therefore hard to get to. But well worth it....
