You have hit on one of the major arguments we atheists have against all religion. It's ALL about where you where born!

Religion has more to do with your parents religion, then where you are born, although its likely that if you are born in spepcifc area that has a high number of a specific religion then your parents will be that religion. People rarely change religion (unless say they marry a Catholic where it is often (not always) demanded that you change religion, or pay token onsequence to Catholicism and deamnd your children are brought up as Catholics

In Iraq the predominant religion is Islam, divided into 2 sects
Shias are dominant the South & east of the country, Sunni's are dominant elsewhere. I am not sure what religion the Kurds inthe North East follow. I seem to remenber that around 60% of Iraq's population follows Shia Islam.

There are significant numbers adherents of others religions such as Christianity

If I was borne in Iraq surly I would have had one of the ranges of the islamic religion,but do you have an idea about the religion in Iraq,I'm almost sur you haven't.thanks baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay

Why not, Iraq too is a part of God, and perhaps, what they say about "Experience is the best teacher" happens there more,
Only, it gives the test first, lessons later !

no that is not true, i was born in england but i am a hindu, it depends on what religion you parents are.
