My daughter's friend is 15, and the guy is 19. It is illegal if you have sex with her (statutory rape).
Wait until she's older to see if the two of you still have the same feelings. She is a child still, and you are an adult.
Aren't there any women closer in age to you? It may seem like love, but the age difference makes it a real problem.

An affair of the heart is niether right nor wrong, however, having sex with a girl under the age of sixteen is illegal. It does not matter if she consents or even if her brother and parents consent, if you have sex with her you can go to prison. Everyone in the prison system hates sex offenders, so you will be mocked, ridiculed and abused in jail if you are arrested. I would think twice about it...!!

Prison is full of men in your position. If you really love this girl, then finish your education...and by then, she will be at the age of consent...and then you will know if it is worth pursuing if your feelings don't change during this period. She is too young to know what she wants right now; and you must give her time to grow-up. Who knows how you will feel during this extended "waiting period." If it holds true for you after all this...then maybe you have something.

You are not wrong, but you're thinking is premature. Wait until she's at least 17 or 18. She nowhere near being an adult yet. Why would you ruin her childhood and teenage years.
