This is from my personal experience as I dropped 7lbs recently, which is just about 3kg you are trying to lose. (2.2lbs = 1kg).

1hour session on treadmill without incline or resistance should make you lose about 500 to 800 Cal.

A normal chocolate bar contains about 300 to 400 Cal. KitKat seems to be on the low side in Calories, as it has 220 Cal.

I lost 3.18kgs by running 30 min to an hour a day and reducing about 300 Cal from my daily intake for a month.

Simply put, skip that candy bar a day and run for at least 30 min daily and you should be able to drop about 3kgs in a month.

So, roughly calculated, (Considering that you will reduce ~400Cal in diet and burn ~400Cal from workout in total of 800Cal a day) loss of 3 Kg can be achieved by burning about 24,000Cal.

Please keep in mind that this is a very rough figure, but I guarantee you that if you reduce 400Cal a day in diet (along w/ low fat diet) and burn 400Cal from running you will lose noticeable amount of weight in a month. Good luck!

Depending on if you are running or walking. You could burn from 250 - 600 calories in an hour. A chocolate bar has about 350 calories in it.

I'm a lazy, ignorant American, so sorry about the Imperial measurements. Anyways, it take the loss of 3,500 calories a week to lose one pound. So if you now eat 1,800 calories per day for seven days that's 12,600 calories per week. Minus 3,500 would equal 9,100 calories per week while on a diet or 1,300 calories per day while on a diet.

One relatively hard hour on the treadmill will burn about 250 to 300 calories.

A candy bar usually runs about 300 to 400 calories.

Hope this helped!

Plan active dates along with your hubby, such as bowling as well as golfing, instead of dinner along with a movie.

When picking up your kids from school, get rid of the car and greet them with a hug instead of waiting from the car curbside.
