The translation of "Jason's Art Gallery" is "La Galerie d'Art de Jason"
But it won't work as a company name...
Call it : Jason Galerie d'Art
(the same way you don't put the 's in the english name)
But if you keep Jason Art Gallery, it'll be cool in France too.

I think the best will be to keep the English name: "Jason Art Gallery", but if you want a translation in french, I think the best will be :"La Gallerie d'Art de Jason".Anyway, good luck !

"Les Galleries des Arts Jason" would be ok, but you want to name it in French not in France, which is the country.
