Besides online, I would suggest colleges, schools, malls, miniature golf courses, arcades, and parks. Church groups and functions is a good place to meet nice girls. Also you may want to check the newspaper or online to see if there is any youth activities in your area.

Parties, School dances, Church Socials, Hanging at the mall. Sporting events. Everytime you leave your house is an opportunity to meet and talk to girls.
Just walk up and say "Hi I noticed you from over there and had to introduce myself. I'm.....
Yeah she may blow you out of the water! but for me this approach works. I know what he just did was hard. So I'm willing to talk to him. nice guys usually get my phone # :)

college and libraries (places where young people will be)
plus you don't want to meet girls in bars. They usually are not of the highest quality. Good girls go to good places.
Church is also a good place.

At work, school, the gym, the supermarket - basically anywhere you go. Just start talking to random girls and you never know. Friends are also a good resource.
