Peeled black gram in halves, with Kashmir-red-chillies, little pepper, ginger, chopped raw cocoanut, fragrant curry leaves in unrefined filtered fresh cocoanut oil !
When this seasoning is used for preparing any vegetable curry, gravy etc, either as a paste or pulped in a blender/mixer, the tongue drips saliva unstoppably !

Over all, I guess that I would use cayenne pepper most of all. Also, coming in quite close to that, I use garlic all of the time. Do you call that a seasoning? I use fresh garlic mostly, but there are times that I use garlic powder and garlic salt. There are so many, and if you are a good cook, as I am, how can you choose? But I do think a little kick of cayenne or especially RED PEPPER FLAKES (only if you like spicy foods, though) can make all the difference from vegetables to fish to meat. Hope this enlightens and hope you can imagine.

I'd hafta go with either seasoning salt or garlic. Seasoning salt is just so versatile. It adds flavor to so many foods and it's almost like perfume on a person. Each food you put it on gives it a different flavor, if that makes sense. Seasoning salt is the key to delicious home made french fries.
And I just like garlic....it's good. lol
