so ive liked this guy from months on end and like he told me he liked me too. we planned to hang out this saturday because we havent seen each other all summer. and so we've been flirting for the past week (by playing 20 questions.. dont ask), to the point where hes asking me all these really perverted questions and asking ME to ask him perverted questions. its gotten pretty... weird (for me atleast) and is beginning 2 freak me out. i mean then he asks me 2 be his fwb (friends with benefits) and i said yes and now i realize its a HUGE mistake.. so what should i do? i mean i know he'll use me though he says he wont cause its inevitable in this sort of thing and yea... i mean hes acting really really different than he was during school this year... and he said we would go out eventually... but what would that lead to? i dunno wat i should do, whether cancel saturday or see what happens... what do you think? HELP PLZ!!!

No guy that respects you or likes you would ever ask you to be a FWB. Cancel, tell him your aunt Ida died or whatever you want. Then have nothing to do w/ him. The other option, or flipside, you meet him, be the FWB, get attached, he jets when he wants, you are devastated. So cancel and tell the perve off.

Tell him you've had a chance to think about things and it's moving much faster than you are comfortable with. He is leading you to those questions just as way to put out feelers to see how far he can take this. Of course a person will say they won't use you. Do you think users actually announce it? No, they don't. Just cancel and decide if you want to reschedule later. For now, though, you need time to think about what you are comfortable with and how to enforce those boundaries. Good luck.

I have had a guy friend who did something similar to me before and what I did was to ignore him for a while and observe him from afar. You can always retract your answer from him. I mean, it is not as if that you have signed a contract with him. Some guys only have one thing on their mind - sex. If he really likes you, he would want you to be his girlfriend and not a friend with benefits. He probably wants to make use of you to satisfy his own needs. You didn't reject him hence he is thinking that he could take advantage of your silence and compliance. You should wait and see. Tell him what you think of his request. Tell him what you think of it and of him. If he keeps bugging you about the "deal" you guys had, I would suggest that you sever all ties with him or remain as platonic friends with him. If he really likes you, he would respect your decision in backing out.
