Well, you are playing with dynamite that has a lit fuse. Sooner or later you will end up paying the price for the bang. I would probably use some sort of protection. There is no 100 percent effective way to remove ALL of his sperm once it is inside you.
Believe me, it is better to be safe than sorry.

Whatever you do, don't use anykind of douche! It'll just push the sperm deeper inside of you and could get you pregnant with a snap of a finger. Just soak in the tub after standing and walking around for awhile after sex. I jump up and down to help it come out once in awhile. That works. It'll eventually come out.
