take water with you when you go to sleep. if you tend to snack before bed make it vege or fruit snacks. this aricle has some great weight loss programs and exercises that will help you out better

my experience with snacking at night :

i was for a period of time in norway, and had fixed meals at that time + food in norway is really really expensive. that meant that i practically did not have anything to eat from 6-7 pm to 11-12 when the sun went down (the summerday in norway is muuuch longer, so does the hunger :D ) ... so for a week or so i was so desperate that i spent some 40 bucks on some insignificant amount of snacks, but in the end, having the meals so well organized, doing exercises and a lot of physical activity, i got read of the habbit.

one thing that i did was to drink a lot of water. it really helps for the urge to eat sth, and, if i got the chance i would go for fruits (but then again they were reeeeallly expensive :D 2 lemons for 4 dollars - are you nuts !??!!)

dear vidra!
night snacking is because of high blood sugar level in body. Basically when body get used to having a high blood sugar level(not neccerialy diabieties) it tries to maintain by giving falls alarm of hunger where one end with snacking or munching choclates.
The best way to stop oneself from nite snacking is excercise and balance food intake. try to keep you blood sugar level well within the permisible level and be active through out the day which will in turn gives you a sound sleep without any breaks for snacking.

Try brush your teeth after your dinner.

That way, it will make your brains think that cannot eat anymore, brushed teeth already.

eat a lot before goin to sleep......take a tylenol pm and don't take no more snack to ur house
