how do i choose? i have a friend that was my boyfriend 4 years ago and keeps tryin to hook up wit me but tells me all about basketball, his best friend the chicks he meet and hook up wit but then turns around and tryies to hook up with me and on the other hand im in da middle of hookin up wit a friends friend and he makes me smile and laugh but its long distance and i dont talk to him much cuz his work and his prepaid cell phone i wanna try somthin new but i just dont wanna get hurt.

Maybe neither guy is right for you. Just because they're available doesn't mean you have to choose one. But between the two, the new guy is probably the better bet. You broke up with your ex for a reason and it's probably best to leave it at that. If this new guy makes you smile and laugh then why not give him a shot? There's a chance you'll get hurt in any relationship so you shouldn't let that stop you from hooking up with someone new.

Go with the guy that makes you happy and feel good about yourself. I was in the same position over a year ago and I chose the one who I was really happy with. He turned into my boyfriend and a year later we're engaged. The most important thing is to follow your heart and do what feels right.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this. It doesn't sound like love or even the potential for love. What it sounds like is more of a physical connection. Don't give in to passions of the flesh, they are temporary.
