well I agree it is immoral, but think about it this way.

The mistress is probably being taken out to nice dinners, wined and dined, taken to fine hotels, being bought expensive gifts...

while the wife is at home ironing his shirts and folding his laundry...cleaning his house and slaving over a hot stove and chasing his kids in circles and paying the bills...and wondering why he has to travel on business quite so much.

in other words the mistress gets all the benefits, the gifts, the sex, the nice dates...and doesn't have to wait on him hand and foot or slave for him.
She also doesn't have to answer to him or feel owned by him, but can walk out of that hotel and go do whatever she darn well pleases with the rest of her time.

It still isn't right, but I can see why some women get tempted. I still think it is very wrong and unfair to everyone involved.
I think most blame does lie with the man though, since he is the one breaking vows, not the tramp.

A lot of single women do go for a married man. Why? Because the women feel that a married man is more matured and more secured. Knows how to take care of a woman.

Well 1st off it goes both ways....and I guess it depends on if he is married and getting a divorce or married and still w/ his wife. Either way things can get way too complicated.

If the girl knows he is married and w/ the wife then she is just a home wrecking *****. But the guy is no better, she is the one he made the commitment to, not to the mistress.

i'm 24 and that i've got a woman pal who has dated a married guy with young ones of our age. i became exceptionally disgusted, yet she did no longer look to strategies. She became searching for a guy who became mentally and bodily mature. Oh yeah he became very rich too. i actually would under no circumstances evaluate dating a guy who's sufficiently old to be my father. yet some women would. i'm hoping you're divorced to even ask this question.

Likely that she wants a good guy, but without the emotional baggage...

She doesn't have to worry about him moving in, and she knows he'll always go back to his wife...

And it is good for her self-esteem to make a man (in a relationship) do as she wants... ;)

As a married man, I've had plenty of women come onto me... And they have been single, married, divorced, widowed, young and mature...

Because the old saying is that a married man will never leave his wife. So, she can pretty much have her cake and eat it too and not have to worry about the issues that accompany a relationship.

morality aside...

Attraction my boy, Attraction!

human beings (yes, both men and women), the moment they feel attraction for each other, will tend to do things that are not necessarily logical. this is the underlying reason for the famous line "love at first sight". its not really love, there is just attraction to both parties, that ignites their inner passion.

in this case, the force of attraction puts aside the fact that the man is married. it is as the same as a married woman, looking for casual sex on the side.

so for you men out there, also be cautious. it goes both ways.
