When you are on your period, you will most likely feel bloated, fatigued and overall unattractive because you aren't feeling 100%. Its normal. Losing sexual desire is just one of many nasty side effects of being a girl one week out of every month. You can fight the bloat and fatigue part of it with Midol. But really all that is is some tylenol, caffeine, and anti-bloat medication. As for raising your self esteem...are you looking to feel more confident ALL the time, or just during that certain week. Take a good look in the mirror. Pick out the good things about yourself..and then smile. Yes, at yourself. This is kind of like one of those daily affirmation things. You need to build up your self confidence if you feel you have low self esteem. This is normal as well. Why are you depressed? Finding the answer to that question and fixing the problem will do you a LOT of good. But overall, keep your head held up high and dont' let anyone put you down. You are amazing just like every other girl. Maybe you've just forgotten that.

This is normal for some women. Me on the other hand its the opposite!!! Maybe it is cause u have low self esteem. To help that get a makeover or get your hair done in a different style that makes you feel good. Getting my nails done helped me with that too. You bf should be helping ur self esteem to. Mine went way up when I got back with my fiancee after 10 yrs apart!

I'm not attracted to my husband when I'm on my period. Get help if you're severely depressed. Your boyfriend should be helping you get a higher self-esteem by telling you how intelligent and beautiful you are. Good luck.

Your ears produce wax every day. So it is common to consistently have wax on the swab. while you're basically cleansing the outer ear, it extremely is nice. in case you poke it into your ear canal, you should injure your ear drum in case you do it too vigorously. in any different case, you're wiping off the wax close to the outer component to the canal, yet packing the different wax into the canal extra firmly. in case you opt to get that bumped off, you will get an ear wax cleansing equipment at any drugstore--you set some drops in, lie down and wait 20 minutes, then use the blanketed bulb (packed with lukewarm water) to shoot the water into your ear and wash out the wax. Then your ears would be completely sparkling for some days and you should actual pay attention extra desirable from getting that packed in wax bumped off. you may tell it extremely is been in there awhile if it extremely is extremely darkish in color--extraordinarily much black.

Like the song says"It's just one of those days......that a girl goes through........when I'm angry inside, don't wanna take it out on you"your period makes you mad you get pretty tense, well at least that's what happens to alot of women and young girls. You need time to yourself to heal the pain and the stress of having your period, guys won't understand because they don't get it.I think that's why

you probably associate your period with not having sex and your sex drive plummets... (try masturbating when you have your period, might help - plus it helps with the pains)...

as for the low self-esteem... become more assertive in you life and look at the good points about you, not the bed points...
