I would have a prawn korma followed by a roast dinner and then some sponge cake with custard. Have it about 4 minutes before going to the gym. You'll feel great

when you train your body uses carbohydrates as the fuel to burn. Therefore, the more carbs you eat before training the longer and harder you will train. By eating a plain jacket potatoe 45 mins before you train will give you around 70g of carbs, this will help you train very well. You will notice a big difference if you try this. Eat some fruit and crackers or an energy bar about an hour before working out. A yogurt smoothie works too.

a glass of REAL orange juice or 2 oranges....they give you fast energy ....but only do this on an EMPTY stomach so it can pass through your system quickly and not get hung up with other foods

i prefer not to eat because if i do so i will fall asleep and forget about gym..really!!!byt a friend of mine keeps eating a banana..dont know why..she says it helps...(yeah sure!!)

Something not to heavy..maybe a banana or a bag of dried mixed fruit..and nuts
