Ok i am freinds with this really cute sensitive funny nice guy. But i fell in love with him. I know he liked me because he told me but i dont know if he still does. I'm dating my best Friend now. I would do it in person but if you can't this is how I would do it over the phone. First just call him up and talk about the things you usually talk about. Then tell him you have something to tell him. Then just say I like you a lot and I have for awhile do you feel the same way. If you don't tell me now so we can just be friends and pretend this never happened. It's that simple. I think he probably still likes you. Good Luck.
