I feel like sneezing what should I do because it hurts if I sneeze.. they put packing in my nose

Ah..... I was once there. Hope your recovery goes quick and well. Put your fingers over the end of your nostrils so the sneeze is forced to expel itself through your mouth. It may hurt to sneeze, but it is very hard to prevent it. The most important thing is to not dislodge the packing. A sneeze may stimulate some bleeding, but should stop pretty quick.
The packing part to deal with is very difficult and its really a mind over matter type of thing. Just try to relax and concentrate on breathing through your mouth.
BTW... I had my surg 22 yrs ago and have not had a single sinus infection or problem since!

I suggest you rub the inside of your nose with oragel if you are able to. That's not uncommon.
