On pure math 5% = 7.3 lbs but the above answer is true

Are you totally mad ? Why on earth do you want to go from 12% to 7?
Where the hell do we get this bloody stupid idea that we need to have as little body fat as possible.
Stay at 12 % for gods sake.
Go to http://fit-n-fat.blogspot.com take a look at 15% body fat and tll me why would you want to be less than that?
I will stay that way the rest of my life easily.
You take bloody good care my freind. Get your head right about your expectations.

Actually you can do it without losing ANY weight at all. It all comes out to muscle mass. Just work out for 90 minutes a day and cardio days, etc. I suggest strength training with a Total Gym.
