the need to do good things for everyone.the joy of knowing that my small contributions add up in the next world when they seem to go unnoticed in this one the fact that someone loves me no matter what that i can all ways count on something the hope that someone out in the world has the same thoughts and feelings that i have the comfort that when the world hates me so did the world hate him hope faith and love the greatest and closest thing s on earth as it is in heaven forgiveness of shame and doubt jealousy and anger the things i hate about my self and also a escape for the emptiness and loneliness my heart feels

I may not be devout, but I have faith. This faith is what keeps me from going overboard, which I cannot afford.
Whenever I'm lost or in a situation where noone can help me, I pray, in which I find serenity. I become more calmer as I believe I have shared my troubles with the only one who can understand.

I am a Christian, so I would say that it is because Christianity offers forgiveness to everyone. Although, many Christians find it difficult to forgive those who disagree with them.
