Most people define a wicked person as one who prevents them from obtaining their goals in life. The question is are your goals in not inflicting pain to others? I think a wicked person is one who is perpetually looking for the failure of other people or inflicting pains to other individuals who are legitimately trying to bring progress and go on happily with their lives. Never think an individual who punishes you for being against spelled out norms is wicked.

I define a wicked person as those that disagree with me in any way. So at least I'm open to lots of kinds of wickedness.

To me a wicked person is someone who intentionally causes pointless harm or pain to any other person - without remorse.
Note the word INTENTIONALLY.
We all do it, unintentionally, we make mistakes. Hopefully we learn from them.
Also, sometimes circumstances can happen that make hurting someone unaviodable, but there are ways to cushion the blow, or make ammends afterward. I don't count these.

A person who is full of hate and not love....
Someone who does harm to innocent people esp. children.
A person who is apathetic only cares about money and doesnt care who he hurts.
Mean hateful scum...dark hearted and evil.
Waste of good breathing air.
Look in the faces of evil with Manson, Couey, the man who killed the Groene kids, etc.. etc...
Lots of evil in the world lots of hate and injustice
The world needs balance, love, nuturing, kindness...
A wicked person doesnt know such things...

Someone who hurts others and finds in their pain happiness. Someone that is willing to sacrifice only things that don't matter. Someone who is short-sighted and cruel, but will repent their sins because they are afraid.
