Look for a book title....?

Question

Looking for a book on table equiette, you know how you place the silverware to signal to wait staff you are finished with your meal, just resting etc. I also would like to know what all the poper uses of all the flatware, glasses and small plates are used for and in what order. Any thoughts on finding such a book. I have already checked Barnes and Nobles....no luck.

I have never seen a book like this either. I saw a lady that was on Ellen once teaching this. It is interesting stuff. Can't remember the lady's name but while searching I came across this site they may be useful. Hope it helps you some.
