Take two regular cinnamon cake mixes, pour them into a bowl, add 4 eggs
and 2/3 cup of oil
mix well then add up to two tsp of water if it's to thick.
Once you mix it well then you add 1 package of butterscotch chips. Form into balls and roll in cinnamon sugar, bake on 325 for 12 min. they are great

a variation
2 choc cake mixes same amount of eggs and oil and you can you mint chips or the swirled ones or even white choc they turn out almost like a browie cookie.

You can take any cake mix and use the basic recipe of 2 eggs per cake mix and 1/3 cup of oil then be creative with what ever you want to add. I get raves on these cookies everywhere I have ever taken them. They stay soft also. Quick and easy and my kids even love making them!

****** eh!

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

cream together
1/2 cup butter
1/2cup sugar
1/4cup packed brn. sugar

then add
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla

then add
1 cup + 2 tablespoons(that it the secret part some people forget)
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

mix that sh*t up good and stir in about 1 1/2 cups of dark chocolate chips.

hey also another tip is to let the butter air soften before you start. NEVER microwave the butter, this makes the dough too soft and the cookies spread far too much

YUM!

oh ya you bake those puppies at 350 degrees for about 8-10 min...don't brown them too much tho

if you like chocolate, try this.
take the chocolate chip recipe off of the back of a chipits pack and before mixing the wet with the dry ingredients, add 2 HEAPING tablespoons of cocoa to the flour mixture. then continue as per package instructions. i always double this recipe because one single batch disappears too fast in my house. we call these chocolate chocolate chip. i used to make other cookies too, but my kids don't want any other kind. good luck.

Check out coconut macaroons. They're very simple to make. Also, Oatmeal M&M cookies are probably the best kind of cookie anyone could ever make. Seriously.
