I feel something full in my vagina, can that be the baby trying to miscarry or does it supposed to feel that way, i have no pain

Yep, it feels engorged. Not a miscarry, but it does feel weird.

depending on how far along you are, i guess you prob shouldn't worry unless you start cramping.. i would still call your ob to check in.. when did it start?
