I think part of the reasons why our government hasn't taken actions on illegal immigrants is this particular question I have asked..I agree the illegal immigrants affect our economy ..From our kid's school, medical, taxes etc. There are millions of cases such as this..(AS EXAMPLE) Isn't it unhumane for the parents to get deported while a 5 year old kid or kids gets stuck at an orphenage here in America..WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK?

No. Send them all back. They don't belong here in the first place anyway.

The five year old should be deported with his parents.

He shouldn't have been born here in the first place... since his parents shouldn't have been here in the first place.

Being that he's technically a "US Citizen" due to the rewarding of lawbreakers...just pop a baby here and they're citizens B.S.....he should be allowed to return once he is an adult.

You are probably right that this is one of the major dilemmas facing the politicians on this issue. It is a difficult decision to make...but sometimes a making a hard decision is better than making no decision at all - which causes the situation to get worse with every day that goes by.

No one is saying that they have to leave their children - they can take them with them! Don't be so ignorant! Those people always have the choice to take their children with them when they are deported! In fact, I don't believe the "anchor baby" law should even still exist, so, as far as I am concerned, those children should NOT be considered American citizens. However, the law is the law, of course, and as of now, they are considered American citizens. Bonus to those children! When they turn 18 they are free to return to enjoy their American citizenship! Then, they can go about things the LEGAL way to sponsor their families and loved ones, if they so choose.

The ILLEGAL ALIENS and their children, no matter the age, should be deported.... they do not belong here, they are criminals and their children born here are a result of criminally entering the USA. GET them OUT now. Keep them out. No guest worker program, no amnesty of any kind. This is not harsh, it is the correct action to take for America.

Hundreds of women are crossing the border pregnant so they can have their child born in US soil, after that the child is eligible for schooling, health care and welfare,it has put a strain on the taxpayers, the school system and the hospitals.the health care in this country is already in trouble without foreigners coming and making it worse, the US should sue the countries that are sending their charity cases over here starting with mexico

They are called anchor babies. The reason they cross the border to have a kid here is so they'll have the rights of US citizens, and be able to mooch off our system (and mommy and daddy get to stay).
Neat deal huh? I'm for sending them all back, anchor babies and all, as to be altruistic is to ruin our own standards for our own kids.

Send them all back where they came from. No reason to split of a loving family while we're enforcing our nation's laws.
