I've been drinking fruit2O all day but I still feel dehydrated. I've been researching it on the internet for like an hour and i haven't read anything saying that it doesn't hydrate. If anyone really knows I would appreciate your answer.

as long as it doesn't have caffeine, salt (sodium), or to much sugar it should be good.. A good way to judge if you are drinking enough is a thing I learned in the Army.. I was told that if our urine was dark we were not drinking enough..

it does hydrate. the flavoring is just added to the water if you are very thirsty a lot you may need to see a doctor because you could be diabeteic

water is water. it just has some extra fake crap in there to make it taste like something other than just water... if ur so concerned just stick to the regular.... i know i am the same way, plain water is mad boring and not great to drink all the time. BUT i can guarantee that when its hot outside and ur dying of heat water actually tastes pretty good!

Duh water, hmmmm, I think I read about that stuff somewhere. I think so. If you still are thirsty after drinking a lot, maybe you should be checked for a diabetic condition.
