I wasn't when I walked down the streets. and The Iraqi's themselves probably are scared more of their neighbor than of soldiers. More Iraqi's have been killed by other Iraqi's than by soldiers. I have yet to hear of one soldier strapping a bomb to themselves and walking into a school or mosque or market. This is courtesy of the "peaceful" religion of Islam.
