A hickey is a hematoma which is brought on by sucking on the skin with such force as to raise and explode capularies which in turn causes blood to collect and bruise the surrounding tissue.

Start out with a kiss on the neck and then go into the suck. Basically suck as hard as you can as fast as you can. You can move around his neck and keep coming back to the same area so he will have a big dark hickey.

you have to suck preety hard but you shouldnt really give or get hickeys they can give you blood clots they look trashy neway

practice on your arm or something...just suck, not so hard it really hurts but hard enough to break some small blood vessels under the skin...
