There are those gondolas at the Venetian. And there are plenty of quiet, romantic restaurants in Vegas. If your hotel room has a balcony that overlooks the strip, you could bring out a bottle of wine or something and propose on the balcony. Good luck!

completely genuine, i found out as quickly as I left residing house for greater then only a month or 2.. there is particularly no such place which could make you sense like residing house different than your place of origin or united states of america.

There is the top of the eiffel tower, the gondalas in the Venetian, the gardens in the Bellagio, etc... good luck!
