You didn't give enough detail. You say you are fat, do you eat a lot; and what type of food do you eat? Do you exercise, or belong to a gym? If you eat a lot of junk food--that is why you are fat. Do you drink a lot of soda and sugary drinks--that is why you are fat. If you drive, sit, and basically not move that much--that is why you are fat. Are you taking any medications. 90% of all medications prescription or nonprescription have a tendency to cause weight gain when taken on a regular basis.
If you eat good, exercise, and do not take any medications, I suggest you go to a doctor and find out if you have high sugar, or possibly hypothyroid, or some other glandular problem which can cause you to gain weight.

Because you sit at a computer all day and the cair most likely has wheels. Who needs to walk when you got wheels. Try walking and eating helther foods.
