Who is your hero? it could be a celebrity or someone you know. And why he/she is your hero.

My maternal grandmother. She passed away years ago but she was such a strong woman. She managed to take care of 8 children by herself in the Philippines during WWII - having to pick up, run and hide from the Japanese at a moment's notice. My grandfather, who was in the US Army had been captured and was in a Japanese prison camp for 3 years. She worked, took in laundry, sewing, whatever to make ends meet and take care of my mother and all of her siblings.
After the war she migrated to the states with my grandfather and her children and saw just about all of them attend college and go on to have families of their own.
She was and still is my hero. If it hadn't been for her tenacity and strength I wouldn't be here.

My DAD is my hero because he has always been there for me no matter what. I am 32 and have 3 kids of my own, and he is still there for me, and he is there for my kids, and as long as he is alive, he will always be there, and even after he's gone, he will still be my hero. I love my DADDY

My mom. she was a single mom for a while and she managed to raise me perfectly okay. she has been strong in times where she wasnt expecte dto me. My mommy is my hero.

My hero is usher because he is my all time fave r&b singer. He has heartwarming songs and they come from the heart. he is such a talented guy. :)

My friends' mom...no seriously
...in between work and home she managed to be close to her kids and still be a good homemaker and a good parent and have raised a good children
