when ever i recieved mails of the photos many times the size of snap is so small that i have to open that file

just help me by specifying the settings so that whenever any one sending me mails in that all the snap should be in large size. Due to small size i have to download that mail in my comp and it get me extra expense of downloading the mails. kindly specify the settings as soon as possible
